Investigate why a refresh on the pinned mongo is needed on multi-routing for some disabled test

      Not all core tests support multiple mongos dispatching and routing all commands to a pinned mongos is necessary to keep those test stable. 
      However, some tests keep failing in spite of that. 
      Forcing a refresh on the pinned mongo solves the problem, but it's not fully clear why 
      Investigate why a refresh is needed and remove it if a solution is found.
