Add CBR metrics to other diagnostic channels

      SPM-3391 will add CBR metrics (planningTimeMicros, CEMethod, nDocsSampled) to query stats. We should also consider adding these metrics to the other diagnostic channels we have so we can get a fuller picture of the query without having to run query stats.

      We should consider adding these new metrics to the slow query log, $currentOp, profiler, and explain.
