      I found that while working on SERVER-116351, my approach made it so that the output of $planCacheStats during replanning was different with multiplanning enabled from what it is on master with multiplanning enabled. I wanted to write a test that ensured that the behavior stays the same when replanning uses the new PlanRanker module.
