Support batched writes with changestream enabled

      Primary driven index builds will need to use batching in order to side write. Change stream support for batched writes is necessary when batching is enabled by default for primary driven index builds. 

      We'll need to update the opTime on the opAccumulator and ensure that a hook in
      ChangeStreamPreImagesOpObserver is run when the WUOW commits.
