In the short term, we've been duplicating YAML files and suite definitions for every suite when adding test coverage from ASC -> DSC.

In the long term, we should investigate if there's a way to de-duplicate or reduce duplication. One potential idea is that currently disagg is on a separate variant (with extra system deps) compared to ASC; potentially it's possible for suites to "figure out" whether to run with DSC or ASC based on which variant they're on?
