Clean up legacy search desugaring and view helpers

      Once `LiteParsedSearch` registers itself with `LiteParsedDesugarer`, we should be able to remove a good amount of the legacy "desugaring" helpers for search.

      Additionally, $_idLookup and $_mongotRemote now have view policies, meaning that we should audit the legacy search-on-view mechanisms to see if there is any code that can be cleaned up.
