We have a few profiler tests running in the suite fcv_upgrade_downgrade_replica_sets_jscore_passthrough. This can cause sporadic failures because changing the FCV can run a collMod operation under the hood on system collections. When this happens, the system.profile collection may not be insertable, so we can't find profile entries that we expect. Since the profiler collects on a best-effort basis, this is expected. We should update the suite fcv_upgrade_downgrade_replica_sets_jscore_passthrough to exclude any JS test that has the tag requires_profiler.
