Add mongo::sorter namespace to Sorter components and remove "Sorter" from type/class declarations

      For example, we can make ContainerBasedSorterSpiller --> ContainerBasedSpiller, because all type/class declarations will be under the mongo::sorter namespace.

      This ticket also involves identifying any other files under mongo/db/sorter that should be in the mongo::sorter namespace so that we can remove the Sorter keyword from class/type declarations.
