      As part viewless timeseries migration, collection rename and view drop is represented by a single upgradeDowngradeViewlessTimeseries oplog entry. which was introduced in SERVER-114830.

      This oplog entry needs to be read by the change streams and transformed into a corresponding rename event, which will then result into an invalidation event for collection level change streams on the FCV boundary.
