We already have suites that do reconfig adding and removing priority ports for replSetTests. There is less to test on the passthrough side for sharding since the priority ports will only be used within the cluster internally to replica sets, which is already covered by the repl set testing. However, to have at least some basic coverage, we should add a sharding jscore passthrough suite with the priority ports enabled.
