Remove SorterSpiller from Sorter base class

      We should only have the spiller in BoundedSorter and MergeableSorter . Also rename _spillHelper --> _spiller.

      The InMemIterator should only be able to spill when we initializes these classes, so this shouldn't have any impacts on the InMemIterator spilling.
