      For viewless timeseries upgrade/downgrade we are dropping/creating the timeseries view.

      In the past we have had performance issues due to each operation over views reloading the view catalog.  See SERVER-78615 and related tickets.

      Investigate the extent of the problem for viewless timeseries upgrade/downgrade specifically.
