Migrate mocked $vectorSearch tests to the e2e suite

      Once we have a real $vectorSearch extension, we want to run as many existing tests as possible with the extension. The mocked tests will not be easily adaptable to that setup, so the best bet is to migrate mocked tests to the e2e suite. Cursor can likely be much help with this
