insertOpTimes on opAccumulator may be duplicated

      We set insertOpTimes in OpObserverImpl::onInserts but we emplace insert op times again at the end of OpObserverImpl::onBatchedWriteCommit. We should verify this behavior that insertOpTimes only contains the expected op times.
