Some suites are automatically generated by resmoke. Teams area already supposed to own the "base" files those are generated from. So we should consider one of the following alternatives:

• We decide that the auto-generated files should not be part of the repo OR
• We automatically set ownership because hey, they're generated by a tool that reads owned files OR
• We simply don't require people to set ownership for them
