DELETE/UPDATE rejected stages not explained when automaticCE

      Whenever we run a DELETE or UPDATE query, rejected plans are not properly explained (not headed with a DELETE/UPDATE) stage.

      See SERVER-117774 as a reference of that very same thing happening for COUNT stages. Important to note that we found this out of thinking, there was no test case covering it.
