logout was deprecated in SPM-2192, and modified to emit deprecation warnings in SERVER-56266. These warnings exist today.
The existence of logout makes it difficult for external systems to track connections' authentication state, because it allows clients to switch a connection's authenticated user. This is relevant for SPM-4522.
We should remove this command.
