SERVER-108330 replaced WithAutomaticRetry::until with runOn, which is written in terms of RetryStrategy. However, the some users of WithAutomaticRetry were using the helper both to retry on failure and to schedule additional work, and so the untilRunOn variant was also added to support these use cases. An example of such a case can be seen here. We should remove untilRunOn entirely, and rework these callers to schedule their additional work in a different way.
