~~SERVER-108164~~ split BulkBuilderImpl into BaseBulkBuilder and two subclasses,
HybridBulkBuilder and PrimaryDrivenBulkBuilder. Now that ~~SERVER-107044~~ is completed, we can just have one Impl class for better readability. Some virtual functions can also be inlined.
