Currently, validate_adaptor.cpp only validates fastcount's collection count, not collection size. In ValidateAdaptor::traverseRecordStore, if shouldEnforceFastCount() returns true (ref), compare dataSizeTotal to the value returned by coll->dataSize(). Append an error if the values do not match.
