Allow dbCheck to accept timeseries main namespace for legacy collections and translate to system.buckets

      Today, dbCheck requires targeting the system.buckets namespace for legacy timeseries collections.
      We need to allow dbCheck to:

      • Accepts the timeseries main namespace for legacy (viewful) timeseries collections.
      • Translates the main namespace to the underlying system.buckets namespace internally.
