      BF-41098 revealed a perf regression in master for the aggregation_graph_lookup_unsharded_locust sys-perf workload.

      According to the BF it is possible that the performance regression was caused by some optimizer rules refactoring.
      There are no obvious low-hanging fruits in the changed optimizer code to make up for the regression. However, performance can likely be improved by making changes inside the graph lookup stage itself.
