We should supplement the built-in metrics EngFlow records during test execution with those that are particularly useful for debugging failures of resmoke suites.

Existing resmoke suites have disk stats, network stats, and CPU/memory stats collected, in addition to the defaults provided by Evergreen.

Some metrics may also be found in CloudWatch if you track down the host that the executor is on.
