Currently, $_idLookup's associated LiteParsed, DocumentSource, and Stage objects all hold _limit and _viewPipeline separately, with _limit coming from DocumentSourceIdLookupSpec.

We should change these objects to instead hold DocumentSourceIdLookupSpec and add _viewPipeline to the spec. This will match the pattern of $_mongotRemote and its objects.
