From the test plan:

• Port and stabilize the concurrency_sharded_multi_stmt_txn_* suites to start with a DSC sharded cluster (full list in appendix).
• Risks addressed:
  • Risk #2, #3 and #4: These perform transactions (internal and regular) and retryable findAndModify with concurrent ops like resharding, chunk migration and node restarts + failovers.

The goal of this ticket is to enable as much as possible and create TODO tickets to enable at a later time for any testing that is blocked.
