SERVER-117649 changed the default behavior of dbhash in v8.3.0 to exclude replicated recordIds, and only include them when the new flag, includeReplicatedRecordIds, is set. It also made it so internal testing will always opt to include replicated recordIds when present - with the exception of multiversion testing.  

All feature flag variants have been utilizing replicated recordIds since SERVER-117033. We should re-add multiversion coverage of replicated recordIds in dbhash.
