Make cluster findAndModify namespace validation under auth align with non-esoteric error codes

      Right now, when running sharded findAndModify with authentication enabled, we fail an invalid namespace with a custom error pathway/code. A particular jsTest special-cases this, and I'm about to do the same with another test.

      We should bring the error code in line with best practices.
