The PBTs were excluded from tests with `featureFlagGetExecutorDeferredEngineChoice` due to not running long enough, causing a revert of SERVER-116450 which was an unrelated change. SERVER-116450 changed the PBT models, which caused different queries to be generating (a $or query), even though the ticket itself did not change any logic related to those errors.

At the end of this project we can re-enable them when everything is supported, and run them for longer. In the long term the QT team will likely work on SERVER-91404
