      SERVER-74993 introduced a new hook that can detect leaked cursors and BF-41609 was opened, which found the test leaking cursors. SERVER-119659 disables the hook and kills the leaked cursors, but the purpose of this ticket is to ensure no cursors are leaked (and remove the tag)
