Currently the default value for all execution control queues is 100000, this is virtually limitless, as we haven't found a test or performance evaluation that grows the queue this much, other issues will happen first. The purpose of this ticket is to investigate what a proper default value is, and whether it is necessary to add a new statistic to determine in production if this value is ok.
