This is a follow up to SERVER-119228. In order to prevent redness in suites, some changes had to be made to the test, for example, only idempotent DDL can be tried, and some errors are expected given some suites configuration. The purpose of this ticket is to follow up by investigating if the test can be run with balancer to prevent any other test only issue, and remove the tag if it's possible.
