      Once replicated fast counts from SPM-4163 are stable and usable, use them when sampling the change streams pre-images collection with the new sampling algorithm introduced in SPM-3434.
      This could be useful to improve the size information stored in the CollectionTruncateMarkers. Currently the size estimates when using the new sampling algorithm are hard-coded.
