timeseries rename test take different paths depending on the status of the viewless timeseries feature flag, thus it can not run in suites that perform FCV upgrade/downgrade because they will cause the value of the flag to change continuously.

We could either split the test (legacy and viewless) or refactor the code to take into account concurrent timeseries upgrade/downgrade.
