I thought I had made inner-pipeline execution on timeseries collection safe to run concurrently with timeseries collection in SERVER-119478, but recently we saw a failure in a patch running the new replicaset FCV upgrade/downgrade with retryable writes suites.
The goal of this ticket is to add an FSM test to stress this scenario, ensure correctness of $graphLookup in all scenario and remove the TODO associated with this ticket.
