Consider increasing the checks when uncompressing an FTDC interim file

      When the server restarts it reads up to metricsCount * sampleCount > 1000000 : otherwise it prints an error. I believe the number of samples increased over time and made it possible to breach that check in "normal" operations. We should consider increasing it.
