        1. Disable CheckIdleCursors hook in sharding test suites

      Fixes BF-41609. Temporarily disables the `CheckIdleCursors` hook across sharding test configurations due to false positives affecting test stability. The hook is commented out with a TODO referencing SERVER-120162 to re-enable once the underlying issues are resolved.

      The following test suites are affected:

      • `sharding_kill_primaries_jscore_passthrough_last_continuous_new_old_old_new`
      • `sharding_kill_primaries_jscore_passthrough_last_lts_new_old_old_new`
      • `sharding_kill_stepdown_terminate_jscore_passthrough`
      • `concurrency_sharded_initial_sync`
