Make ClusterExplain::getStageNameForReadOp() take parsed Request object

      Once the callers of ClusterExplain::getStageNameForReadOp() are updated to use the TypedCommand API, we should update this function to take in the parsed Request object and check if sort field exists rather than using the raw command object.
