The test jstests/core/timeseries/query/timeseries_view_aggregate.js needed to be temporarily excluded from fcv_upgrade_downgrade_sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough_retryable_writes suites because it is failing.

The goal of this ticket is to invetigate whey query over view over timeseries collection does not filter properly documents according to the view pipeline when executed concurrently with timeseries upgrade/downgrade.
