Consider retries to logging in oplog cap maintainer tests

      In SERVER-120513, we added error handling to an operation that may happen in conflict with the oplog cap maintainer thread, and skip the logging in that case. We can follow up on this test to see if it make sense to retry these logs if they are useful.
