This includes:

• Add priorityPorts field to config: This is already added in DSC
• Check priorityPorts in isSelf: We are probably copying over isself code to DSC, so we can just make sure that this is copied over
• Reconfig sanity checks: We will need to add this in to ensure no nodes share the same priority port
• Quorum checks: These do not exist for our project
• Add proper testing to ensure priority ports work
