Currently, there are no tests that invoke the reshardCleanupCollection command. We should add a test covering the following scenarios:
1. Cleanup after a successful resharding operation completes (no-op).
2. Cleanup after a resharding operation is aborted (no-op).
3. Cleanup of a hung resharding operation: the cleaner aborts the running coordinator, waits for it to finish, and then removes all resharding metadata.
