When mongocryptd or mongo_crypt_v1.so performs query analysis on an explain command containing generic command arguments like $clusterTime, $readPreference, and others defined in generic_argument.idl, such generic arguments (with the exception of apiVersion) are not being included in the processed explain command with gets returned to the caller.
