With the feature still in development, and affecting a large number of test suites fundamentally, we current have to fully disable the feature flag in all-feature-flag test variants. This requires manual changes each time we try to test new code with a patch. Also, we lose the CI test coverage to catch bugs introduced in the new commits.

We would want to start creating and adding test suites to a test variant, that will turn the feature flag of the project on, until it converges with the all-feature-flag test variants.
