Test that an unclean shutdown happened after a metadata checkpoint should be able to recover without any extra special hanlding.

After loading the last wt checkpoint, applying the oplog entries of metadata store collections will restore the persisted data to the last metadata checkpoint. Reading the size and count will start from there and apply the deltas tracked in later oplog entries.
