We should update the current existing UserWriteRecoverableCriticalSectionService so that it handles correctly the acquisition and the release operation so that, depending on which namespace we are passing it has to:
1. To maintain the critical section document on disk
2. To recover the the critical section document from disk after restart or rollback.
