We should update the proxyUnixSocketCheckPermissions parameter to assert that the incoming connection matches the same GID as the server (currently it asserts on the UID). As part of this, we will want to update the permissions of the proxy unix socket file from 600 to 660 so that other users can still connect through the socket.
