Currently, neither the ticketing system nor the execution admission context have unit tests. In this ticket, we should introduce unit tests for the scoped task types in the execution admission context, specifically focusing on nested scoped objects. We should also add unit tests for the core functionality in the ticketing_sytem to ensure that the different priorities and task types map to the correct ticket holder.
