We should make sure unit tests in mongo_crypt are adequate to detect the breakage from SERVER-110071, where mongo_crypt_v1_get_version was broken due to newly depending on mongod initialization logic.

Ostensibly there is a unit test that calls this function, so it's a little unclear why it isn't failing, but there is an easy repro in SERVER-110071 to test this.
