Rename proxy unix socket filename

      This commit renames the path of the proxy unix socket filename from `unix-mongodb-${port}.sock` to `proxy-mongodb-${port}.sock`. This commit also removes the isConnectedToProxyUnixSocketOverride failpoint since it's unused.
