BSONElement::toString() could just log the entire binData for this type, as could the corresponding logic in the SBE value code. The question is whether this type has been deprecated long enough that having fileMD5 checksum the whole thing will mess up any legacy clients.

If the md5 thing can be change, we can remove ByteArrayDeprecated from all production code, leaving it only in unit tests.
